We believe in our process of reInking and in the quality of our recycled ink and toner cartridges. If you are dissatisfied with the results of your reInked cartridge or any of our recycled ink and toner cartridges, simply return the cartridge with a receipt within 30 days. We will repair the reInked cartridge, credit the full amount against a recycled cartridge, or provide a full refund in exchange for the reInked cartridge.

For repair claims, simply have Innernet, Inc./Think reInk or an independent service provider write an estimate of repair, stating that our product caused the damage, at which time our supplier will choose to repair or replace the equipment.

If you are about to purchase one of our recycled ink jet or toner cartridges and discover a lower advertised price on the Original Equipment Manufactures brand and model, offered by a local retail competitor in your area, provide us proof and we'll match that price on the spot.

If you have already purchased from us, we will refund you 110% of the price difference of a lower advertised price on the Original Equipment Manufactures brand and model, offered by a local retail competitor in your area. Simply bring in proof of the lower advertised price within 30 days from the date of purchase. Customer may receive an immediate credit on their account towards a future purchase or a please allow 30 days for cash refund processing.

Exclusions:

The Low Price Guarantee does not apply to your local retail competitors' free offers, limited-quantity items, open-box items, clearance items, closet-outs, misprints, special buys, special promotions, member club pricing, Outlet Center items, mail-in offers, or pricing errors. The Low Price Guarantee does not apply to online retailers, liquidations, or auctions.

What is considered "proof" of the advertised price?
If you have already purchased the item, the best way to show proof of price is to bring in your receipt, plus the competitor's current ad. We reserve the right to call the competitor's store to verify the lower price and availability of the item.

Are Think reInk ink or toner refill services eligible for price matching?
Due to the differences in services being performed, Think reInk does not match competitors' service prices.

What does it mean to match a retail competitor’s price on the Original Equipment Manufactures brand?
Think reInk will not price match a retail competitors recycled ink or toner cartridge due to the vast differences in method and quality of recycled ink and toner cartridges. We will price match a local retail competitors OEM or Original Equipment Manufactures brand and model.

What does it mean not to match a competitor's price that results in a price match?
Think reInk will not price match to a local retail competitor's price that has already been reduced by a price match.

Does Think reInk match prices of Internet retailers?
If you made your purchase in a Think reInk store, and you find an Internet retailer with a local retail store honoring its own online prices, we'll match their price, plus 10% of the difference. Internet-only retailers are exempt from our price matching program, as well as Web-exclusive offers, liquidations or auctions. Eligible items must be the Original Equipment Manufactures brand and model, and currently in stock at the competitor's retail store.
